Owner of ‘Fiddleheads’ Rhiannon Schmitt from California is a passionate environmentalist and has made numerous steps to ensure her business is green and environmentally friendly.

Rhiannon proudly claims that she is ‘ making a fully dedicated commitment to be consistent in my business’ eco-practices and be considered a fully “green” business. Though my operations could hardly be considered “harmful” to our environment, I strongly feel business people can no longer be complacent in our actions.’
